• All actions taken by your Florinda agent instance.
• Ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for the accounts and data you connect.
• Monitoring the agent's activity and intervening if necessary.
• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florinda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business operations, arising from your use of the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Florinda immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, including using the agent for illegal or malicious purposes.
